Once we accept the returned product and confirm it meets our criteria, we will credit the value of the item to your account as store credits. These credits can be used for future purchases on ADbuild.com and will expire six months from the date of issue.
Note: If the seller is at fault and verified by ADBUILD's team, the original shipping/handling costs will be refunded along with the product value in store credits.

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days to complete.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can return the item by contacting us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Our team will investigate your request, and if it meets our criteria, we will arrange for the reverse pickup of the product. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the reverse pickup.
What should I do if I receive a physically damaged product?
If you receive a damaged item, report it within 24 hours by emailing [email protected] with details and images of the damage. We will arrange for the product to be picked up, inspected, and, if approved by the seller, credit the amount to your account. Refund requests must be made within the first two days of delivery.
How do I receive a refund if I paid through Cash on Delivery (COD)?
For COD payments, the value of the returned product will be credited to your account as Store Credit on ADbuild.com. You can use these credits for future purchases.
